As CarePatrol’s Chief Executive Officer, Chuck is responsible for CarePatrol’s strategic vision, as well as leading the company’s national expansion and services strategy development. He founded CarePatrol over 20 years ago as a result of seeing the problems that occur because seniors and their families are seldom equipped nor have the time to find the safest senior living options on their own. Since then, Chuck has the grown the company to more than 125 local offices nationwide, each providing personalized expert placement services to seniors and their families. Chuck is also a nationally recognized expert, speaker and author of The Community Integration Model. A Model of Hospital Continuum of Care which reduces Medicare Spending Per Beneficiary Measures & reduces hospital readmission rates of the elderly with multiple chronic conditions.
Chuck holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Arizona State University as well as an MBA. He is also a Certified Senior Advisor and a Certified Franchise Executive.
He served on the Advisory Board of The National Readmission Prevention Collaborative. Is a Board of Member for the Non-Profit Sunrise Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona and is a Board Member at Large for The Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists.
As the Chief Operations Officer of CarePatrol, Becky is in charge of day-to-day franchise operations including new franchisee training programs, field training, and ongoing mentoring and coaching for all local franchisee offices to ensure each CarePatrol local office masters the CarePatrol system. In addition, she provides leadership for the franchisee operational support departments in the home office. Becky is a expert in the assisted living placement industry with over 10 years of direct client and administrative experience.
Becky is also responsible for the information technology infrastructure and systems that support all franchise operations. She has re-architected the CarePatrol systems to support the rapid expansion of local offices and to enable new features and functions that streamline operations and improve both home office and local office service quality.
Becky is a Certified Senior Advisor and is completing her Certified Franchise Executive program studies. She has over a decade of experience as the Managing Director of the original CarePatrol Corporate Store located Gilbert/Chandler, AZ. She continues to serve in this capacity to ensure she stays abreast of rapidly evolving market conditions. More importantly, her continued service as the Managing Director allows her to work in a hands-on local office role and to fulfill her true passion for enabling seniors and their families to find the safest care options available.
